Between them, Lance and Jordan offer a well-rounded skillset that covers everything from large-scale refurbishment to detailed, compliance-driven works in live environments.

Jordan O'Shaughnessy
Co-Founder & DirectorOver 20 years in construction and fit-out, starting as an apprentice and working up to senior project management delivering fast-paced projects across retail, healthcare and commercial sectors. Jordan has led multi-million-pound, high-profile projects in live, high-pressure environments, where keeping things simple, well-organised and on programme makes all the difference.

Lance Humphreys
Co-Owner & DirectorOver 20 years' hands-on experience delivering construction projects across social housing and the wider built environment. Starting out on the tools as a Gas and Plumbing Engineer, Lance brings a practical understanding of how buildings perform in the real world — not just on paper. Includes senior roles at Places for People and Bolton at Home, leading teams and delivering everything from reactive works to large-scale decarbonisation programmes.
